OasesRE is a Women's Business Enterprise with broad expertise in public and private development. For over 30 years, as principals,OasesRE has practiced the nuts and bolts of real estate—financing, leasing, developing and disposing across asset class. It is adept at creating, communicating and executing successful transaction strategies.
OasesRE specializes in complicated multi-tiered transactions such as: developing and leasing the World Financial Center, repositioning a 1,600 room historic hotel, redeveloping the retail at Rockefeller Center, and working out the $1billion Starett portfolio. Recently, on behalf of Goldman Sachs, OasesRE oversaw development for 1,800 units of affordable housing in New York, and it managed the development of Coney Island. It is also assisting a governmental agency to prepare and execute the real estate aspects of its bankruptcy plan and advising the parent corporation of a religious institution on its real estate assets.
Using its deep knowledge of technical building systems and financing sources, OasesRE has emerged as an expert in transparent and cost effective energy retrofits of commercial buildings. OasesRE works with owners to plan their retrofits, maximize their subsidy streams and obtain financing.
Susan Fine is on the faculty of the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University and has served as an expert witness in real estate related litigation.
